| $50 Service Call | Covers travel time one-way and remainder of first hour working on the problem. Clients living far away from the 95662 ZIP code should expect to use the Service Call and additional time incurred for travel. No Service Call charge for Remote Support. |
| $75/hr Workstations | Additional hourly rate after the Service Call. Applies to all computers except Servers. |
| $125/hr Servers | Additional hourly rate after the Service Call. Applies to all Server class systems |
| $275 Flat Rate | Fully backup the system. Reinstall the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office from customer's CD set. Update to current driver versions, install all Windows maintenance and service packs. Restore email configuration, book marks, and any user data saved prior to the rebuild. Does not include installation of other software programs or applications. |
